In these sessions, I use Internal Family Systems and Energy Work to guide you towards healing. IFS involves closing your eyes and tuning into the myraid of ways that parts and guides can show up: body sensations, emotions, thoughts, images, memories, colors and more. I use the IFS protocol, years of experience traversing the caverns of the mind, and spiritual intuition to help guide you on your journey. Longer sessions go deeper. One IFS session can have lasting impact that reverberates throughout your life.
